The granite obelisk is 38.5' tall. One foot for each year of his life. It is one solid piece of granite with no blemishes - an almost impossible stone to find.
The rocking chair was made by Joseph in his youth. It was amazing to be able to touch something that he had touched too. It had a feeling of being in a time machine!
